The Long-Ez building plans of Mr. Rutan’s hands consist of building instruction divided into ‘Chapters’ named 1 through 26. When talking to builders (and reading web pages) you will constantly come across this chapter reference – and *EVERYBODY* will take it for grated that you know that ‘Chapter 4’ refers to the fuselage bulkheads and that ‘Chapter 14’ is the construction of the center section spar… (For further detail of construction reference material – please refer to Ressources)
